For any discrepancy in the fee paid, parents must contact the school office directly. After review, the school may issue a refund, adjust the extra amount in future fees, or treat it as advance payment. The school’s decision will be final.
Admission and registration fees are non-refundable. Fees such as tuition and annual charges are also non-refundable once the academic session has started. However, in special cases, if a written withdrawal request is made before the student has attended any classes, the school may consider a refund after deducting administrative charges.
All refunds, if applicable, will be processed only to the original mode of payment. No cash refunds will be made.
